This policy explains how Cells Medtech Private Limited ("Cells", "we", "us") handles personal data collected through this website, cellsmedtech.com. We are the data controller for that information.

This site does not collect patient data. NeuroVision, our research and decision-support software, processes patient imaging on-premise inside your own institution — that imaging is never uploaded to us and is not covered by this website policy.

What we collect

Only what you choose to send us. The "Request access" form opens your own email app with your details filled in — you press send, and the message arrives in our inbox. The website does not run a form database, so your submission is not stored on any server we control; it exists only as an email we receive (your name, work email, and whatever you write).

What we don't do

We don't use analytics or tracking cookies, and we don't build a profile of you. We don't sell, rent, or share your details with third parties for marketing.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

Solely to respond to your enquiry and follow up with you about NeuroVision — on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in replying.

How long we keep it

We keep your email only as long as needed to follow up, and then delete it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the EU/UK GDPR and India's DPDP Act), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email shreyas@cellsmedtech.com.
